I think I get it. Being worthy of love without effort. Imposed conditionality on love is a kind of bane, excruciating and cumbersome. I must this and that in order to be worthy of love. By someone. By myself. I must be, I must do, or else I won't. Looking in the mirror, be it on my closet or be it on other's eyes, I must be handsome, I must say this or that, I must perform, I must have done things. Or else I can't be loved. It's not so. It's so hard to live like this. I have to understand that worth is inherent. If I'm loved or not is another process, in the end, not controlled by me. But the capacity and the worth to be loved is mine. Yours. I am worthy of love just for being here. I don't have to be a certain way. Same goes for you. What you be or what you do should be based on your authenticity. Not on your effort to be loved. You are loved. Just as you are. You share this oxygen with everyone else. You were born and you live. Just this, is enough for you...
