It's time

It's time to let go. How painful must the hand be after clutching so long so desperately so powerfully at its own chains. It's time to say goodbye. To asking for love from people who cannot love themselves. To protectively opening my arms against the sharp hailstorm of the world, while the one I'm protecting keeps stabbing mindlessly. To offering such warm and humble gifts to kids who haven't yet discovered gratitude. It's time to stop running away from pain and start walking towards love. Everywhere I lovingly walk towards is the path I'm meant to be. Anywhere I'm frightfully running from is the path I'm not. I thought I was doing good. I thought good was being done to me. Κούνια

Η τέχνη είναι μια περιφραγμένη κούνια όπου στα μαλακά μπορεί η καρδιά να παίξει άφοβα.  Γιατί το μυαλό μεγαλώνει, το σώμα μαθαίνει, οι πληγές κλείνουν με κάλους. Και αν σε φροντίζεις κάνοντας αυτό πού ξέρεις ότι πρέπει και όχι αυτό που νιώθεις ότι θέλεις, φτάνεις σε μια κατανόηση. Ότι η καρδιά θα τρέξει σαν παιδί στο δρόμο. Σαν σκόρος στη φλόγα. Σαν χορτάτος στο γλυκό.  Σαν πρωινός στο ξενύχτι.  Ξέρω. Νιώθω.  Ξέρω ότι δεν είμαι για σένα. Μα η καρδιά μου σε ζητάει. Ξέρω ότι δεν με ξεδιψάς. Μα η καρδιά μου σε κοιτά με ξεραμένα χείλη. Ξέρω ότι με πλήγωσες. Μα η καρδιά μου θέλει δίπλα στα αγκάθια σου να ξαπλώσει.  Οπότε τέχνη. Θα την βάλω στην κούνια της με τα κουβαδάκια της και θα κάτσω φύλακας όσο παίζει.  Με μουσική. Με στίχο. Αυτά τα κουβαδάκια είναι τα δικά μου. Ανέβηκε το φτυαράκι από το παιδικό χεράκι. Η άμμος έσταξε αργά και στον αέρα οι κόκκοι στάθηκαν και γράψαν τα εξής.
